"This has to be the worst place to take your rig for ANY service. I made a reservation for 230 and showed up 15 minutes early. Oil change was only supposed to take 45 minutes. 1hr and 1/2 later, my truck hasnt even made it in the bay. Under staffed and poor management. I walked away and will get my service done somewhere else. 1 guy in the shop and 3 people in the office. Unsatisfactory!"
