He quickly diagnosed the problem with my unit, showed and explained the issues to me in layman's terms, and quickly implemented a game plan on how to get my hot air flowing again. Small details such as cleaning debris that came through the vents during the switching of systems and explaining how my whole unit worked in detail were greatly appreciated. "I highly recommend this company! When a company provides quality service and delivers on what is promised we tell friend . When a company goes above and beyond its time to share publicly. Needing my HVAC replaced I called Three Rivers. John (service manager) was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He provided me with product specifications and quotes on two different brands that fit into my budget. John was aware of my limitations of space for the furnace. John assured me that they could work with the tight space and even fabricate a platform to house the furnace! He delivered on that promise and I’m extremely grateful for the work around. Tim,Alex & Johnathan were the crew that performed the installation. They were polite and friendly , they were knowledgeable and got the job done. They removed the old system and cleaned up as they worked. At the end of the day the install guys provided me with a detailed run through of my new thermostat and how my system operated. They even returned the next day just to replace a damaged register cover that I damaged years prior. I can’t thank them all enough for not just providing a product but also a service. I also appreciated the follow up phone call a week later from John just to ask if I had questions and to check how I liked my new system. "Thank you Three Rivers for the great service and price on my new split system Carrier HVAC unit for my downstairs. I had been nursing along my original 28 year old Trane system and decided it was finally time to replace it instead of dumping more money into repairs. I was referred to Three Rivers by friends who had used them and were very happy with their result too. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and two days later Giovanny, who was friendly and polite, was out to look things over and two days after that I had my estimate. Because of the referral from my friends, I didn’t bother getting any other estimates however, a couple of years ago, I asked my repair guy what he thought it would cost to replace and that estimate was thousands more than what Three Rivers charged me. There was a bit of delay in getting the new system installed as I had opted to wait until a newly designed (and improved) unit was available. Three Rivers was great with their communication checking in with me regularly to give me updates on the estimated delivery date. When the unit came in, I was able to schedule the install date and the awesome install crew showed up right on time and worked hard to get the job done that day. They had to take down a section of my fence to access the equipment pad, but when they were done, you wouldn’t have known that any work had been done as the work site was completely cleaned up and the fence back in place. Like my friends, I couldn’t be more pleased with this whole job from beginning to end. Communication was great with Lorena taking charge of the scheduling and paperwork, Giovanny doing the estimate and the install crew (sorry too many of them to remember their names) getting my huge new unit in while having to get around the adjacent pool equipment. If my upstairs HVAC system which is now around ten years old starts acting up, I won’t hesitate to use Three Rivers again and you shouldn’t either."
