"Rad came over to look at my old, but wonderful, Hotpoint dishwasher because it wasn't draining properly. He gave me upfront costs based on several things it could have been, so that I knew what I was getting into before hand. One of the things he quoted me on was a broken pump, and when I looked back into old receipts, I saw what I paid anotger Appliance Repair for the same issue a year ago, and I realized how badly I was ripped off before. I wish i had found Rad sooner! He also quoted a $49 service charge which is less than 99.9% of what anyone else charges, so you don't feel like you're wasting a ton of money up front! I have already asked him to come back and repair my microwave handle as soon as we can find the part."

We have had him come over the past 7 years for our Viking Stove, our Monogram fridge and now, today for our LG Washer. "Rad from BR Appliance Repair is very personable. However, he was not reliable - rescheduling 4 times before he finally showed for appliance installation. Twice he forgot about our scheduled time and no-showed without calling. He asked me to pay him before the oven installation was completed, which I mistakenly did. The oven did not fit properly and he has not returned my messages regarding next steps. I will need to hire another appliance service to fix his work."

"My LG front loading washer had issues with the power button and the door lock. I called and spoke to "Rad" who was able to schedule me in the next day. He asked that I text him the model number for my washer and he would the bring the necessary parts with him. By mid day the following day he arrived and repaired my machine. Prompt efficient service with his prices being in the moderate range (not too expensive and not cheap)."
