"Man, I have gotten so used to big businesses ripping me off with my phones/computers, that I almost couldn't believe how chilled out and honest these guys are. I had hardware die in my desktop, but I didn't want to just replace it, I wanted an upgrade. The big company that built the computer was using high pressure sales tactics on me, hundreds of dollars and two weeks just to have someone look at it, parts were not going to be cheap, and they were not helpful at all when it came to picking new parts.
