"I dropped off my Ps5 on a Saturday and explained the problem. They said they would look at it before they closed but I never heard anything from them. So then I waited for them to call me Monday but didn't and so I called them. When I asked for an update they said they were testing it by watching a movie. I never said that there was a problem with that so it was just a waste of time. The lady who helped me didn't even know how to turn the ps5 off so it was as if she never even worked on one. Overall this place was terrible and would not recommend it at all. There was very poor communication and they have people there who have no idea what they are doing. I would go somewhere where they have actual experience and know what they are doing. This isn't that place."

"Fixed my LG OLED tv. Diagnosed and repaired within a week as promised. Faster than promised actually. If you have a pricey tv I’d suggest taking it to these guys before dropping a bunch of money on a new one."

"10/10 service! The spacebar on my Macbook Pro broke and other computer repair centers told me I'd have to get a whole new keyboard totaling out to about $500. Nerd repair center warned me about this, but said they'd do their best to only replace the spacebar key, and they did just that. I believe it cost about $120 for labor plus the part, and I'm really happy they made it work so I didn't have to pay for a whole new keyboard top. This was back and April and my spacebar hasn't had an issue since. Shout out Mike, you're the man!"

"We had a very good experience with Nerd Repair Center, beginning with office reception. Mike, who came to our home to pick up our TV, and then brought it back, was great. The turn-around time was short and the price seemed very reasonable, so we were very happy."
