"Big mistake using this company to repair my Thermador refrigerator. They grossly overcharge. I had a control panel that went bad. I could have purchased one from Thermador for $250. Instead, I went with LR Appliances who charged me $1122 for the part (and that was for the part alone - no labor). They charged an additional $580 for labor. It cost almost $2000 to fix a part that only costs $250 from Thermador. I was a fool using them; don't make the same mistake."

"Check how many claims are against this company with the better business bureau (BBB). I made a huge mistake and didn’t read reviews before doing business with this company. After 7 years of a perfectly good ice machine; somehow once they got involved we needed 2 replacements within 11 months. What a racket. My guess is that they are installing faulty equipment and citing their manufacturer’s warranty that is 90 days, for a piece of equipment that should last years. They are unprofessional, and downright rude. Save yourself so much time and effort and just move along."

"The door on my Sub-Zero refrigerator had a broken part but was operational. LRA cover a large Area so their Techs service different areas on different days so you may not be able to get same day service. When the Tech did arrive he had the part and resolved the issue quickly. I was happy with the service given. They have a 90 day warranty on their work and wouldn't you know it I had another problem, all be it different, on the same door loosing vacuum but past the 90 days. I called Elaina with my story and they were very busy but told me she would get someone out as quickly as she could. I did have to wait longer then I wanted but when my Tech Leo drove up from San Diego he was great. He looked critically at the door, quickly identified the problem, had everything he needed and preformed all necessary adjustments leaving me with refrigerator working better than it has in the nine years I've had it. Thanks Leo. You're a true professional and thank you for not charging me for the out of warranty call. Or was it Elaina in the office that told him to not charge me? Oh well, Thanks to both of you for the job well done."

"This company is amazing! I am a single mother of 2 cute rascals and i am constantly doing laundry. One day my dryer just stopped working. It would turn on for a minute or two but then it would stop. I was devastated. With current situation and virus i could not afford to buy new one. I called multiple companies but Low Rates Appliance Repair were most affordable and the fastest to come by. The tech who came over - diagnosed the problem right away and i was lucky he had all necessary parts available in his truck. The tech followed all guidelines and social distance.
