"Our experience with Shugarman's Bath was 5 Stars all the way. Starting with Mark, our salesperson, who was patient while helping us make all the many decisions a project like this requires. No pressure. Good advice. Stephanie, our project coordinator, was on top of everything. Keeping us updated. Scheduling. Answering all of our questions. Fabian, our demolition man arrived on time to start the job by covering all of the floors leading to the bathroom. Cutting up and removing the old tub and shower. Removing the walls down to the bare studs and plumbing. Checking for mold or humidity. Reinforcing the studs and adding new wood for mounting grab rails and fixtures. Tony the installer and Carlos, his assistant showed up to check out the Demo and start the Installation. Changing the plumbing. Upgrading the drain. Adding two layers of water proof wall board. Installing the new walk-in base. New side and back walls. Fixtures. Grab Bars. Sliding Glass Doors, Etc. Let's not forget the calking. Tony is the best calker I have seen! Not only were all of the workers skilled and accomplished. They were all nice, friendly and fun to have in the house for the two days they were here. I had gotten quotes from other, larger companies but I am so glad we went with Shugarman's. A job of this magnitude can drive you crazy. Not with Shugarman"s It was actually fun."

"Shugarman's is the best! They stand by their promise of 2 day reno and fixing any issues they find upon demolishing the old bathtub/shower. Sean, our consultant, had an easy going, no pressure sales method and was knowledgeable about materials and possible water damage. Danny took his time to explain what the prior installer did wrong and proceeded to replace the rotted wood. He was able to demo & replace all wood in one day. Tony came in 2nd day to install the bath. Both Danny & Tony took the time to cover up my flooring to prevent damage & they both cleaned up everything afterwards. Tony went above & beyond by coming back on day 3 to install a wall-mount for me that wasn't part of the original work order. Stephanie, Sarah and Ana at the office were also great. They kept me updated via text, email & phone regarding supplies order, schedule and other questions I posed to them. These guys are the best! I highly recommend Shugarman's for efficient, expert and professional remodel."

"A great experience from start to finish. I needed to redo my guest and master bath before putting my condo on the market. I did my research and narrowed it down to a few companies. Far and away in quality, experience, and value was Shugarman's. Will was the consultant guy who went over everything, the options, what it would cost, and patiently answered all my questions. Stephanie was my point person in the office. When it came time to do the installation, Kevin was the main man and a very hard worker, helped by Carlos and two other helpers throughout the course of the week who all did their part faster and more easily (at least from my end) than I thought it could be. The entire thing went smoothly, happened on time (critical for a sale and move-related renovation), and looks amazing now that it's done. The whole team was personable, professional, respectful of my space, communicative, and great to work with. My only regret is I'm moving, and won't get to enjoy these showers/baths for a very long time...but for future owners, they're getting a durable, high-quality product to last for years. A+ would recommend to anyone considering a bathroom renovation - do yourself a favor and at least have them in for a consultation. You won't regret it!"
