"This review is for Austin who is simply an AMAZING young man! Here’s the story. My kind, thoughtful late husband had always dreamed of owning a square, ruby gold ring, but never found the item. I wanted to do something special on the one-year anniversary of his passing, and came up with an idea in November 2023. Since my husband was from a very large family with many different tastes in jewelry, I decided that I wanted to give his daughters and siblings a special, meaningful keepsake. On Black Friday I headed to Westfield Galleria Mall in search of a square ruby pendant set in gold. After hours of walking around and speaking with different individuals, I stepped into DeVons Jewelers and had the pleasure of meeting Austin for the first time. Austin was not only professional and polite; he intently listened to my story and insured me that he would be able to create unique pendants that I could give to immediate family. He patiently showed me different stone cuts, shapes, and settings so that I could create exactly what I had envisioned. Once my decision was made, Austin called with updates, invited me to look at the selected stones, and filled my order before Christmas. Ultimately, I hand delivered and/or mailed these special pendants to several individuals, keeping the memory of my husband, father, and brother alive. I would highly recommend Austin at DeVons Jewelers if you are looking for someone that truly cares, pays attention to detail, and can assist with creating a unique piece of jewelry that is treasured by all that wear it. "Amazing boutique. I am blown away by the lack of ego or pressure, the depth of knowledge, and time they gave me. Yes, you should come here. I am new to fine jewelry and came to learn about buying my first Rolex. The internet had me believing authorized dealers are snobby and won’t treat you well if you aren’t already doing business with them— which couldn’t be farther from the truth with DeVon’s. Heather spent 1.5hrs taking me on a journey through Rolex’s history, thoroughly answering any questions I had and telling fun stories about every little piece of the watch, like the founders childhood as an orphan selling oysters and its impact on the name of their proprietary metal. More importantly, Heather made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and let me find my own way to the right Timepiece. She gave plenty of time to connect with the each model without filling silence with chatter, and eventually I landed on my preferred options. I originally thought I may have to drive down to other dealers in the Bay Area to play the odds and be on a few wait lists but I have no doubt this is now my place. Thank you, Heather!"
