"Always enjoy Michaels. They usually have a very good selection of decorations and crafting supplies as well. they change out their stuff often enough to go with the holidays and there is always some type of sale happening where if you watch, you can get handy stuff for a steal. they also have the nicest fake flowers. they compete well with hobby lobby but i definitely suggest hobby lobby for jewelry and baubles"

"Went to exchange a defective craft cart and to management staff was ridiculously rude. Said they don't but then did. Only after lots of convincing. Online customer service sent me in store for the exchange. Horrible attitude."

"I enjoy shopping at Michael's. But unfortunately, they do not have enough cashiers. They have now installed multiple self check outs, and when you have a lot of items that's not very convenient. The one woman who was working the actual register was very slow. It took me 25 minutes to check out. I spent more time in line than I did shopping."

"I ordered couple of items yesterday and received messages saying they are ready to be picked up. With a pounding headache I went to the store only to find out that my order was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it, if I were to cancel it I would not be here right now. They found out that THEY cancelled it but forgot to let me know. Such an unpleasant experience. I won't be shopping there again and if you order online, please make sure your order is not cancelled when you get there otherwise you waist to much time. I wonder what they think if I go there, I will buy something else? It won't work like this at least for me."

"This has always been my favorite location but recently they have taken out almost all the registers and replaced them with self checkouts. There are only two employee operating registers. I went in today to do an online order pickup, when I grabbed my order there was only one item out of the four that I ordered, the note says other items couldn’t be found. I went to look for a substitute for the items I online ordered and found the exact items so I’m unsure how that happened. I had to wait in line to return the online order item and rebuy it with my other three items so I could get the buy one get one 50 percent off, manager said there was no other way. Since I had a return I couldn’t use self checkout and the 6 people ahead of me all refused to use self checkout for various reasons as well. Not a great experience."
