"A lovely store to buy formal wear dresses. Here is a tip. If you buy online you can return or exchange within a certain amount of time. If you purchase in store it is a final sale. As a professional magicians assistant I love to have lots of lovely gowns to choose from & windsor doesn't disappoint. Very easy return process as well. I bought a large online & it was way too big , but the other gown for perfect for a large. Started the return online & took to the store for no hastle & super easy. Lots of selections online as well as in store. Your go to spot for a homecoming, prom, wedding or special occasion dress."
"Went to this Boutique looking to purchase some dresses for my niece and was rudely told that they were closed and "to get out! We shouldn't be there!" Mind you the front doors were not locked. Whoever was managing this boutique clearly has no manners and has poor costumer Skills. I feel for the owner who will be loosing business with this kind of service. Truly deplorable."
"My daughter and I recently shopped at this store and was impressed with the selection of beautiful dresses and the super affordable prices. Service was great even though the store was full of customers being President's Day. I was quite impressed with one employee - Dianna - who literally was in three places at once. She managed a long line to the fitting room, rearranged clothes on hangers, answered questions about sizes and colors, etc., and all with a smile and professional attitude. She is a rare find and I hope that she is appreciated by her superiors. Thank you Dianna! We will definitely shop at Windsor again."
