"Jackie at the Mission Valley SD location has excellent customer service skills. I recommend her to everyone. I was searching for a model of a Le Vivian watch. She contacted the vendor and called me back just as soon as it was found. ( and it was their very last one!! ) Jackie suggested and switched me to a Kay Jewelers card to give me 24 mo interest free without me having to ask. She continued to follow up with me in regards to the ETA. This was in big contrast to my experience with the manager Robert at the Fashion Valley location. He told me that he would have to call me back but never did! Thats when i called the Mission Valley store. Looks like It was his loss of $1500.00 and Jackies gain!! Thank you Jackie!! I will continue to do my business at her store."

"Refrain from make a purchase at this location! My husband has been waiting 2 months for his replacement ring. I have called multiple times and spoken with sales representatives that say "I will call you back" and they never call me back with an update as to when his new ring will be ready. We have no update or emails saying when my husband will have his ring. Very disappointing and frustrating. Seems like they only care to make a sale out of you. To make it worse the ring my husband chose is not good quality for the price he paid. We were better off getting a ring for my husband from Tiffany and Co for the same price and better long lasting quality."
