"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! This shop sells items on OfferUp. They falsely advertised a printer as a different model. The model advertised was a HP Officejet Pro 6978 and what was sold to me inside the box was a 6700 model. In addition, here is the level of service they provided. In a chat group on offer up i asked what the ink levels were. They responded ink was sealed and new, never used. This was not the case it was empty and fully dry. The prinyer sold had a general printer ink error making the device inoperable. The printer coupd not be repaired and was sold as functioning when in fact it was NOT. I simply asked to return the item on the day it was putchased and planned to return it next time i was in office the following monday. They REFUSED the return sayong it was padt three days. Unscrupulous if you ask me. I would NOT do business with this shop at all costs. Not worth the trip, your time, or even be able to trust you will receive the item you intended to purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"
