Spencers

"Bought something for my 5 year old and it wasn't working. We had just left 5 min went back and was closed and I told the girl that it wasn't working and if she could exchange she said come back tomorrow I said I can tell my 5 year old that. I ask to speak manager she said her manager told her for us to come back tomorrow. My son was crying and still said come back tomorrow. These ppl have no heart. Could've exchanged it but chose not too."

"I check out spencers everytime I go to the mall, its usually a pleasant experience but yesterday I went with a friend who had bought 1 large item then was stopped at the door for their bag to be looked through. The manager didn't find anything in the bag w the item my friend bought or in their personal bag bc my friend DID NOT STEAL OR ATTEMPT TO STEAL ANYTHING. My friend left. (Im pretty sure if they had found something security would have been involved.) I come into the store from the restroom looking for my friend unaware of what has happened then the manager tells me I need to leave bc supposedly my friend was caught shoplifting when they didn't. Also I didn't do anything why was I made to leave? I asked the manager 'if my friend stole something what was it then' she lied and said a wallet and then proceeded to lie and say they had camera footage of it but when I asked to see it she said no and tried to call security on me. Those spencers employee including the manager know my friend didn't steal a thing and that we go in there regularly and purchase items. I'm not sure why we were targeted yesterday and it's very upsetting. We filed a complaint but I really don't think anything will be done about it."
