"Personally. I will never set foot in this place. I had bought earrings that as I walked away from store I changed my mind. I bought them at 6:01pm the mall literally closed minutes after I walked out . I thought , well let me return tomorrow and explain that I was not able to return same Minute after I walked out . The girl saw the earrings were still wrapped in the packaging that it was handed to me , everything intact. She called manager and did not explain to manager the full situation. Instead she just told her” Hey I got a lady in store wanting to return earrings she bought yesterday “ . The store clerk laughed at whatever manager told her over the phone. The clerk said , sorry we can’t give you refund or return. I ask , then it’s false when they have in their receipt stating refund or returns if not satisfied within 30 days( but just not earrings or hair pieces untouched) granted your store is Jewelry at least 80% of it. So I Will never buy or encourage anyone I know to buy from you."

"Me and a friend decided to walk in because we were talking and looking for new earrings - it just so happen that we ran into this store that we didn’t know was here. We were literally inside for almost more than an hour looking, they have really pretty and quality pieces at cheap to fair prices! This store has become my new go to spot to shop for jewelry."

"Went here today and purchased earrings 3 pairs for $12 right after paying I seen behind the counter it was a different pair for the same price that I liked better. I ask the representative if I can switch them since it the same price and she told me it's final sale even thought I purchased them not even 1 minute b4. I asked her to call her manager and she called her on the phone and the manager said it was ok. I wouldn't recommend this place I shouldn't of had to go through that especially since I hadn't even left the store."

"Very disappointed. I did not like this place. It was my first visiting the store and the employees working there looked fed up with my return. I had purchased a necklace and I went to return it because the necklace was broken and they did not want to return it because the packaging was destroyed but you can still see the packaging clearly and the price tag and the label on the necklace were and in good condition and it had only been one day that I bought the necklace I went to return it less than 24 hours. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. And I tried returning my other piece of jewelry that was in good condition but they would not take it back because It didn’t have the label. The employees were talking about how they hated doing returns. The label was in good condition but to them the label was destroyed, tell me how else are you going to take off the necklace if it’s inside the label. I would show the label but I was finally able to return the necklace and get a new one but they would not accept my other return may I remind you that it was also in perfect condition. Never going to buy from here again.Horrible costumer service."
