"If I could I would give this store a zero star rating due to there poor custom service and rude attitude I would. I am a CClub member and am entitled to receive a free pair of earrings each month…their website clearly states that if the product is valued at over $17 the product price will be discounted and I could pay the difference - the sales associate obviously didn’t know how to do her job because she refused to let us purchase anything over $17. She claimed that the program changed despite me pulling up the website while in the store and showing her the policy. She was rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. If she didn’t know how to ring the transaction she should have just said that instead of telling me I was wrong and being disrespectful."

"Store says Open at 11 am.. 11: 31 and not open. Don't answer the phone. Brought my granddaughters here while I was in town. Very disappointed."

"Maddie, located at the Riverside Claire’s , is truly an angel! After my three-year-old daughter got her ears pierced at a different location on Saturday, her earring fell out by Wednesday. Upon calling the original location, they provided me with misinformation and informed me that I would have to pay for another piercing. However, when we visited Maddie today (Thursday), she was able to reinsert the earring with ease without needing to re-pierce the ear. Maddie turned a previous stressful and frustrating experience into a pleasant one with her excellent customer service and impressive skills. She is truly great at her job!"

"Great service! I went with some friends to get our ears pierced and the staff took great care to make sure the placing was perfect. With both a first piercing and a second. The staff treated you like real people and we're super helpful."
