"I took my brand new engagement ring(not even 24hrs old) to have sized down. I left the shop with my diamond extremely loose you can hear it rattle when I shake my hand and both sides of the ring have huge scratches as if they shaved off some of the white gold and then had it shined over as if I wouldn’t notice. Needless to say they ruined my engagement ring and now on top of the $150 I spent to have them do a poor job I have to spend even more to have it fixed. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I’d give 0 stars if able. ***I called after and left my name and number asking for the owner to call me back and it has since been 4 days with no return call."
