"Wish I would have checked their reviews before I turned in my engagement ring and wedding band to them. The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Broke my hand and the ER cut my rings off. Turned the rings in to them to get repaired, went back to get it sized not once but twice, was told the rings would be ready on a certain date, went to get rings and they were not ready and Armando and Cisco (the office manager) didn't even have the courtsey to call and let me know, another two weeks went by before they advised me where my rings were. I contacted the repair shop and had my rings back early the following week. I will never go to that store again or refer anyone to them."
