"I used to come here every week a year ago, and the service was amazing every time. I don’t know if it’s been a bad week for them or if it’s a new crew but I’ve been there for two days in a row for jewelry, both days I had interacted with four different people. However, none of them were friendly or inviting. All of them seemed very miserable and blunt. They would even scoff or laugh when I asked them questions. They weren’t even nice to each other. I know this is no Sephora where you get welcomed in or have a conversation with the workers about your day, but at least having good customer service should be implemented. Be better!"

"I love coming here! I love the temporary body art tattoos they have, and the different stone bracelets they get in stock. I buy all my lanyards, wallets, and fun jewelery here. This is one of the few places I like to go to buy guages for my earrings, since I can't find a good store that still sells them since 2010."

"I used to go to Spencers decades ago in Massachusetts. I thought it was the coolest place. It's still an edgy store for sure, but I get the impression their current idea of cool inventory is including the F-word on as many common items as possible (magnets, shirts, coffee cups). Now, while I regard myself as something of an expert on profanity, I can't say I feel it adds charm or wit to an object merely by its presence alone. At any rate, lots of funky, pop-culture items for that crowd. T-shirts are too pricey. Meh. It's ok. I neither love nor hate it."

"I love Spencer's and always have. If you don't then you need to loosen up and try again later. Great place for gifts, parties, games, you name it! Only suggestion would be that the management keep the younger groups from standing around laughing at everything instead of buying something. Just gets annoying for other shoppers. Grow up would ya!"

"Spencer's has some of the most unique and off the wall merchandise you can find. Definitely the go to spot when searching for a gift for that friend or member of the family for whom a traditional present simply won't do."
