"I love coming here to get jewelry or hair accessories for my daughter and I. We both love all the cool stuff they have! I love how friendly the staff are, too. When I walk in, I am greeted and assisted until I check out and leave. They give my daughter and I excellent customer service! My daughter likes to pick out from the friendship bracelets for her and I, and they have so much varieties!"

"We were there on Saturday and my daughter wanted to get her daughter’s ears pierced she is 4 months old. Rachel was our piercer, she was very very patient and helpful with our granddaughter, gave us tips on how to hold her. Rachel did a wonderful job. I know how difficult it is to have an infant sits still. Kudos to Rachael. Thank you!"

"WONT BE BACK. I came in with my family store manager was all over the place and her DM was there too. The DM was very rude to her employees especially one in particular, she kept asking the young lady questions and telling her what to do. Let i mind you all while this is going on the employee they were getting on helped me, Brittany i think her name was she's a trooper. Don't be fooled this location sells standard solution which is free, and they also sell rapid solution. Rapid solution is an extra 13.99. The SM price quoted a different price so i followed up with Brittany. Prices are on the back but they're covered. My advice go online to claire's website and price match them. I came in with my family thinking i was going to come out with my daughters ears pierced but instead i bought nothing. Won't be back. P.s. you should treat your employees better."

"Brittany is not that nice. I have daughters ear pierced and the back kept falling out so I needed new ones . she seemed annoyed when explaining to her that I check her ears but they keep falling out, she talked to me like if I didn't take care if my daughter which makes me mad I'm a great mom. Long story short in the end I showed her the backs that fall out she was like, oh yeah those ones fall out easy! That's what I'm saying, it's not me being a bad mom not checking in my daughter. Don't expect the company to do a slap on the wrist or play the game he said she said, just want people to know my experience. Nothing will change, so I'm not asking for that. Just giving my opinion."
