"My Mother-in-law wanted to find a jeweler to fix her gold necklace that her late husband had given to her many years ago. It had very strong sentimental value to her. We went to several jewelers in the Hillsdale Mall and all wanted to farm out the “repair”. So we decided to look at a different mall. I work at the Stanford Mall and had heard of Gleim Jewelers. So my MIL decided to call them and ask about a pair. Brenda answered the phone and was very nice and patiently answered her questions. She assured her that the “repair” will be done in house and they will clean it up as well, to make it look better. I took her to the store about a week later and met Brenda. She could not have been nicer. This was by no means going to be a big sale like many of their customers. But Brenda treated her like she would all customers. A week later we went back top pick up the necklace and my MIL was ecstatic about the repair and how well it was cleaned up. She was so happy about the repair that she asked about getting her diamond stud earrings, that her late husband had also given her, cleaned and repaired as well. We just picked those up today and the new mounting they put on it made the diamonds really sparkle. She was so happy about getting her “special” jewelry repaired. She was not a big spender, but was treated with all the respect and dignity as if she was. Thank you Brenda (and Gleim) for great service."
