"I loved working here the short time I was there. Everyone was amazing and made me feel like part of the family I miss them dearly -saph"
"Shopped her for with my girlfriend and had a great time! At first the greetings were a little awkward but then we met with Brie and she was awesome. Listened to what my girl was looking for and guided us through different options that we were lookin at. We ended up buying both a purse and a wallet that were exactly what she was looking for. Definitely recommend. Thanks Brie!"
"They may be closed at random times even if the maps say they are open."
"The worker closed the shop at 3:56pm when they stated the store hour is until 4pm. The worst thing is after she said not anyone in, there was another person went inside. I don’t know if it is discrimination. I don’t have good feeling for the store and the brand now."
"Love shopping here and I wanted to bring my cousin so we could have bought something matching. 10/9 at 2:15 we walked in and immediately the two girls there gave us a nasty look and their "greating" felt forced and honeslty fake. If you don't want to great us, don't. I tried to ask the girl a question and her response was as if I should have known the answer. I don't was to jump into conclusions as to why we received poor treatment from the two girls but I will say I'm a minority in Palo Alto. I know this isn't how it normally is when I go to K.S. someone needs to retrain those girls. Update: the service is still trash, and I'm referring to management."
