"Absolutely worse experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you are comfortable with a cleaning store where the only response you’d get for damaged clothes is threats from the owners to remove you with physical violence from the store and claims of “I’m no expert in dry cleaning” “I’m just a counter person and know nothing about cleaning”. A week ago I brought three dresses to the store. A staff member inspected the dresses with me and marked the stained areas with red tape—which were mostly just water stains—for highlighted care. When I went to pick them up, to my surprise ALL the stains were still there, as if the clothes didn’t get washed at all. The staff offered me a free rewash. The second time I came in, the stains were still visible but to a lesser degree. But what is shocking is there are new stains on one of the dresses near the hemline. The owner initially refused to acknowledge there are new stains, and then described the stains as caused by “impressions” in the dry clean process, and promised to remove them with “pressing” in 45 min. So we left. After coming back—note this is already the third rewash, the “impressions” were still visible. I was very upset and demanded explanations and a refund. The owner didn’t even apologize, refused to admit to any wrongdoing or provide any explanation, and threaten to use physical violence to remove us from the store. The owner had offered a refund earlier but then denied it and refused to do it. It took a lot of very unpleasant arguments to finally get him to give us the refund. The refund was only a fraction of the dress’ price. I was so exhausted and upset so decided to leave. Upon leaving, I found ANOTHER “impression” on the back of the dress. When I confronted the owners about this other “impression”, they had the audacity to ask how do you know there was no stain there in the first place? I was speechless in the face of such shameless lying. This is a new dress that I’ve only worn once, and now it is tainted with “impressions” in various places from back to hemline. I only decided to try this place because of the high ratings on google. Now I had a closer look at the reviews, it's alarming that numerous people had commented on bad ironing, owners lying to customers, and “they don't clean the clothes”. Again, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has any expectations of any competence, honesty, integrity, and basic civility from the service."

"This is my go-to place for all my dry cleaning services. Hands down to an amazing service and best prices in Bay Area. They also offer same day dry cleaning service if you drop off your clothes before 12 PM. They also offer free pickup and delivery (I guess there's an order minimum but that's understandable and so convenient). They keep you updated via text message and order tracking link which is really helpful to plan when to pickup the clothes. Thank you!"
