"We started using MaidPro in September 2021 when our family was schooling and working from home. Previously we relied on referrals of our neighbors who had long-standing relationships with private individual cleaners. What attracted me to MaidPro was the 49-point checklist that covered the details I most wanted to address (the bathroom and kitchens). Dago works with MaidPro and has been consistently cleaning for us. He is accountable (shows up first or solo cleans), polite and thorough in his work. With every cleaner team in the last 20+ years (pre-MaidPro and now) we have had broken or damaged property. I appreciated the MaidPro management team's sense of responsibility. They proactively visited to check on non-working stove gas outlets and in early 2022 they helped source a vendor and cost-shared with us for the replacement of an older dislodged shower door). It's the cleanest and most reliable cleaning service I've experienced ever so for that reason it's 5-stars. Thank you!"

"We finally decided to hire a company to clean our place, after a lot of reluctance on my part. We decided to go with MaidPro, and they came this past Tuesday, Dec 29. The cleaners were nice and courteous, and they did a decent, not fantastic, job cleaning. However, after they left I went to heat up a little food in my microwave that I had used that morning just fine and it no longer worked. I unplugged it, did the usual minor checks and nothing, it no longer made any sounds while trying to heat something up. Other parts run okay - the vent fan and external lights. Anyway, I'm quite certain it was something the cleaners must have done. Again, worked just before they came, didn't work just after they left. We contacted MaidPro and they concluded after "a thorough investigation" that they're not liable. What was their thorough investigation? Asking the cleaners if they did anything wrong. Well of course they're going to say no. So now I'm left with having paid several hundred dollars for cleaning and a $500 broken microwave. I get that people can make false claims, but these people will always say it's your word against theirs and claim no responsibility. And that is why I will never ever hire someone to clean my home again. LEAST of which MaidPro."

"I asked for a deep cleaning to include baseboards, hardwood floors, and kitchen cabinets on top of the regular house cleaning such as bathrooms, kitchen sink, and barely got the surface cleaning. My counters were not wiped down, and the floors were not cleaned very well. As a matter of fact there was still crumbs on the floor in my dining room area. I have attached a couple of pictures from where I cleaned my counter after they left. I was told they would send two staff members and they quoted $456.00 for 4 hours. The ladies showed up at 10:00 and left by 11:30. Apparently, the office decided my bill would be $256.00 despite my complaint and offered to send the women back next week. I will not use them again."

The company is also very flexible and responsive when we've needed to adjust our service to another day and the pricing is very reasonable."
