"I am very pleased with the results of my sectional. We have furry friends and one of them has been having accidents on the sofa. The odor would not go away no matter what we tried. "Ray and the team at Steamer Pros were a delight to work with. From obtaining an estimate, to scheduling an appointment, everyone was very responsive and helpful. Ray was very realistic about what could be cleaned to "like-new" and what would look better, but not perfect. We are a family of five and we needed a good cleaning of our high traffic areas. Ray and team were finished in about an hour, communicated while in our home and ensured we were happy with the results before he left. We will definitely work with Steamer Pros again in the future!"

"Ray and Sandra were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were easy and quick to communicate with, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to squeeze me in the same week and provide a quote and cleaning. They brought the carpets back to life, showing a before and after of the area they had cleaned and it was a start difference. They were also able to clean our 4th floor using their hoses which Stanley Steemer usually has to use a portable unit and they charge an extra $150 or so for that. Would definitely recommend and will use them again."
"Support your local small business! I'm very happy with the service Raymond and the team provided. We were left with the carpeted bedroom very strong cat urine smell after the tenants moved out. Raymond is very attentive and also great the chat with. Raymond was super responsive and came back a 2nd time after we found the smell wasn't fully removed, free of charge. He also proposed a 3rd visit in case smell still persist. Luckily we didn't need a 3rd visit! I recommend his service to everyone who needs a deep clean."
