His exceptional communication skills, prompt scheduling, and diligent work ethic truly stood out. "The worst cleaning company I’ve used to date. Gave a try based on good review and something local maybe other people have used a different crew. We asked for a deep clean for a new move in and we were quoted $420. After 2 hrs of nothing looking thoroughly cleaned we were given excuses like “grease is hard to remove” and “we don’t want to scratch your stuff”. Here’s the thing, we noticed they did damage our stuff - tried scratching away a sticker and messed up the counter top. The grease, my husband cleaned it in 5min with a magic eraser. Calcium stains? Yep she said those can’t be removed… ummm heard of CLR? vinegar? Come on. There are so many things not clean, inside the drawers of vanity we had to request lol… baseboards? We asked but they didn’t deliver… I want to leave this review because we were tired from a huge move and after some rest and later thinking about how we paid 420$ for two hours of work (2 people) that’s a premium hourly rate charge and nothing felt premium clean. We feel like we were screwed on this one."
