"I called North Point Pest Solutions for a SINGLE service for ants BUT they sent a contract WHICH specified I was agreeing to MONTHLY service UNLESS I told them 30 days IN ADVANCE, DID NOT indicate what the MONTHLY CHARGE would be, INITIATED the 30 days on the scheduled but not certain date of service and had the usual legal disclaimer that the contract would override anything else they told me, even as they tried to do so while I read it back to them. NO CONTRACTOR ever has asked me to sign such a one sided contract and for a single visit, at that. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM. However good their service may be, they will have put you in legal jeopardy."

"I totally recommend NorthPoint Pest Control to get rid of invasive critters. I especially recommend Katie Ivy of North Point whom I have nicknamed “Rat Dog” after a famous San Franciso private detective. She is fascinated with wasps, rats, bats, spiders, raccoons and I daresay can read their minds. She even has pet snakes at home. She loves her job and we really enjoy her. We live in Mill Valley among the plants that keep cover for rats and a creek close by that gives them water. Our house is a 100 year old converted horse barn that has a number of access points. Katie has to go into small crawl spaces, a second floor, climb into our attic (she brings her own ladder) and a basement. She finds the rodents, traps them, and removes them efficiently and completely. Due to her expertise, we are usually rodent free. You can’t beat that! 5 stars."
