Our plumber’s name is Tracey Nelson and he did a phenomenal job. We have a GE water heater and the parts were hard to find but he drove out and got the parts and fixed our water heater! (If your looking for a water heater DO NOT get a GE Ultra, they are hard to work on). I am very pleased with this plumbing company especially our plumber Tracey Nelson. I’d recommend them in a heart beat. If you are having any problems with your water heater, I guarantee Bragg Plumbing and heating is the best company to choose."

Upon meeting John (the owner) & his team for the initial assessment, I immediately knew this was the professional crew that I wanted to award the work to. Delivery was top-notch and I plan on using them again when we replace our water heater.
