As I've come to expect from Kelly, the guys were the ultimate in professional practice. The same was true when Kelly installed the system. The team of four back then went "above and beyond the call of duty" in providing excellent service and making sure that all my needs were met. And as far as the new Daikin Heat Pump system is concerned, I couldn't be happier with it's functioning. It cools and heats with remarkable efficiency and quiet operation. Yes, I am very happy with all the Kelly Plumbing and Heating has provided me this last year."

He texted me to tell us that he was on his and on time for the appointment. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the call and advised me about all that he was doing. He was very courteous and made to put covers over his shoes on entering the house. He did a very thorough inspection and was very responsive to my questions.
