"When I dropped my Puppy off to be groomed I was very specific about what I wanted done to my Puppy, which was a Trim, and I even showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted. When I returned to pick her up, not only had she been shaven, she was trimmed to look like a poodle. ThIs was All done without any communication with me and Consent and I came home with a completely different looking Puppy .. and NOT in a good way. I will NEVER RETURN!"

"I took my newly rescued, horribly dirty, matted pup to Barks & Bubbles for his first groom yesterday. To say I was blown away would be an understatement! Anthony took such wonderful care of our sweet boy, was so remarkably patient and understanding, and listened intently to my concerns. He texted update pics throughout the groom, and did an AMAZING job with the haircut! I will be taking both of our pups to Barks & Bubbles from here on out.
