"I’m not happy with the service I received from Jessica. I was quoted $55 for a deluxe bath for my Shih Tzu. gave the doctor Jessica she felt of her and told us we had done a good job of keeping the mats off her. 15 minutes later she gave us a call and said that our dog did have some mats and so it was gonna cost a little more. When I ask how much more she said it would be $110 as she would have to cut her all the way down we had no choice but to have the service done she was already into it. There was no option to actually go pick up the dog and cancel the appointment. I will not recommend anyone go to sniff and snuggles at Dog stop again. I feel taken advantage of. And after all that the cut was substandard. Very uneven."
