"On Dec 11th 2023 I was attempting to shop at this dollar tree and when I was waiting in line one of the employees calls security and gives a description of me on the phone but says nothing to me directly. When it comes time for payment I was going to pay with Google pay when my phone glitched out and it needed to be restarted and then the employee tells the manager(who is ringing me up) that I'm not allowed to be in the store. So now I can't buy my essentials and that is a major problem. Some of the employees at the dollar tree love me and sing me songs when I walk in and other employees have given me a skateboard before. I spend hundreds of dollars at this dollar tree normally but for some reason tonight your employees have prevented me from being able to get esseal items that I need. I would hope to see some sort of administrative action brought against the employees that were working on Dec 11th at around 7pm. I will continue to try and shop at this store but if I am refused service again I will be forced into stealing which I really don't want to have to do. So if you could please make this right and allow me to ship here as I always have done so in the past that would be great."

"I’m a retired music teacher, I stopped by here to buy some Bday supplies and ask Maria the store manager to use the restroom ( I was super polite) and she looked at me like I’m a crazy person and said NO. I asked why not and she lied to me saying it’s locked from inside so I asked her how do they use the restroom if needed? Driving home? So Maria rolled her eyes and made a face like I was asking her to give me a key from her own home to use the restroom. I was shocked never had this experience with such disrespect in my life."
