"This MCX (Marine Corps Exchange) is a hot mess. If you want to go shopping, without knowing the price, for things like make up, perfume, shoes. This might be the place for you. However if you like knowing the price of your items, without having to find a price checker machine, or just walking up to the register, to be surprised about the price of an item. This might not be the place for you. I personally like knowing the price of items before I buy them. Which I thought was a normal thing. customer service, at this MCX Is not the greatest. The employees here, I really not helpful. The women’s clothing at the store, seems to be outdated, out of style and not relevant in today’s market. This store also looks like it over charges. You would most likely be able to find the same items, out in town, and regular retail stores, or online, for a cheaper price. if you’re in the mood to go shopping, I would give this place a miss, maybe head over to Carlsbad outlet mall. You would most definitely know the price, and get a better deal. One star, because it looked clean."
"My family and I went shopping for Christmas gifts today. We were there at least a couple of hours. We had some very helpful employees, but the one that really stood out was the cashier, who we will call her "K". K was exceptional. She was courteous, helpful, and very patient; which is unfortunately very rare in customer service anymore."
