"Nice big store has everything you'd want"
"Shopped for the 1st time in the O'side store. Overall I should of given a 5 rating, but stopping at the deli meat section, I stood there for a good 4 to 5 min waiting for someone to help me. There were a few employees joking with each other and was ignored."
"I love all the different departments. Their bakery make wonderful bagels and fresh breads and rolls. Their deli is well stocked and the salads & sandwiches are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will enjoy your shopping experience."
"So the last time i was there I sadly have a few things to complain about... They never seem to have cubed steak in stock despite the fact that I have asked the supposed manager for it now twice prior to this trip into this location. Second and most important thing is the cashier... She was a 30-40 year old Mexican lady, she was conversing with an African American lady that worked there the whole time while ringing us up. They were talking about a customer who was trying to steal alcohol from the store. I thought maybe they were talking about us due to the dirty looks both of the women gave my friend and I. But they never said either way. They practically ignored me when I initiated conversation asking about their evening. At the end of ringing up our almost $500.00 order she told me she couldn't take 2-$1.00 coupons for some item I bought. I waited too long I guess to ask her. She said I should just use it next time.... She then proceeded to leave and let the black woman take over. Truth was, she didn't want to work anymore, she was going home for the night.... I asked the manager, same one who can't order cubed steak, and he just kind of shrugged and said it was definitely to late now. I worked in a grocery store before good a long time!! If they wanted to help me they could have! They DIDN'T WANT TO. Simple as that. Because of this idk if I want to ever go back to that store. This is the 4th time I've spent over $400 in that store in the last 2 months!"
