"This was my first visit to Petco grooming. I brought in his rabies certificate and gave the attendant my cell phone number. She said he would be ready by 5:30. Nicholas is my ESA as I am manic depressant with high anxiety issues. When 6 pm rolled around I went into panic mode. I called and my call went to voice mail. I left a message and gave her my phone number again and got in the car to come down at 6:30 knowing the store closes at 7. On my way down she called and said the phone number they had for me was off by one digit. i was hyperventilating and super stressed. She was very sorry and said that he did well and YES he looks beautiful. She did a great job of grooming him. I will be back. Just did not have a great first experience. Thank you and GOD bless."
