"This CVS just stole my money through a scammed apple gift card. Just a heads up, if anyone buys a gift card or anything of value the workers and managers here do not care and will make you run in circles just to get your money back (I never got my money back). If anyone passses by here, RUN as far as you can and beware of the scammeds."

"CVS Cerritos at south street CA has some nice people at the pharmacy section specially Joseph who is an asset to CVS for his polite, friendly and professional approach to your customer. Not only to me but also to the rest of the customer he is helping. \nYou have an employee name Lillian, working at the front counter. She is very unpolite, unfriendly, has an attitude when talking to customer and not helpful. She will not guide the customer if we can not find the item we need. This is the 3rd time I mentioned on my Survey with CVS but nothing really change. Lastly, Several times I called, it always took 8 to 10 minutes to be answered by people in your pharmacy. Maybe you need to add an employee at the pharmacy section. Sometimes, just because I am checking what's the status of my prescription drug, I have to go personally to your store to see your pharmacy person. What a waste of time !!!!"

"I’m never the type of person to go out of my way to leave a bad review because I understand people have bad days, but I genuinely had a really poor experience with this pharmacy. I’ve been going to CVS for my prescriptions for years and on occasion I have run into issues, but nothing this bad. I went without my prescription for over a week due to the people working at this pharmacy. Specifically Susan and John (if that’s even their real names). Susan was incredibly rude, insensitive, wouldn’t let me speak, and quite honestly treated me like I was stupid. As someone who is also going into the medical field I feel that people in this industry more than anything should be kind and compassionate because you never know what someone is going through. I know we all have tough days, but I hope something is able to be done about this so others don’t have this experience."
