"I understand he's a one man show but his practice of dropping off your dog/dogs at 9am and leaving them in a crate or stall until he "gets to them" is just unacceptable to me. Most of the time he wouldn't call for the pick up until 3:30-4:00. That's at least 5 hrs stuck in one place. I stopped bringing my two small dogs there after he grabbed my 11yr old, 7lb teacup poodle out of her carrier by her paw rather aggressively. I couldn't believe it."

"Whoever tries to filter this review is trying to deceive more people (Doesn't Yelp claim: Your trust is our top concern, so businesses can't pay to alter or remove their reviews....? If that is the case then this review must not be hidden to protect other animals) We can NOT believe this place is still open. It is the most dirty place we've ever seen. Don't believe me? Ask them to show you the installations where they'll bath and groom your pet!! Take a full tour. It's totally disgusting and unsanitary. How do you expect your pet to end up clean if the installations smell gross and their rooms are probably like the ones used to bath pigs or foster farms chickens! The owner even got nervous when we ask them to show us where he'll bath our pets. Then he started with a hose to clean up quickly the mess, but he did not realized we were looking at all his moves. However, it will take weeks to clean up that place. After the tour, and after we saw the mess and the smell we quickly run and took our pets away. We truly feel sorry for the pets who take baths in that place. Owners probably have their homes in similar ways so they think the mess and gross dirt is fine. This place should be reported as an an unsanitary business establishment to the Department of Health! We know pets can not talk, but would you take or let your loved one take a bath in one of their rooms? I did not think so either. The photos they show on their site are very deceiving. This place deserves 0 starts and the place inside does not look how they make it look in their website nor on yelp. I would not be surprised that all these 5 start online reviews were written by same owner. They just show a bit of their installations from the outside, but reality is way different! If the owners of that place really loved and cared about pets, they should at least have a clean and safe place. Shame on you!"
