"Front desk staff were so helpful. I was traveling for business with a sprained ankle and a scooter and they were SO accommodating and always in a good mood. The breakfast was good, and the bartenders were great to chat with. The rooms were clean and comfortable!"

"Check-in and check-out were smooth transaction, Forrest at reception and lady in snack room were awesome. It's a hassle with Wifi service, free unless not a bonvoy member. Despite having bonvoy number it never worked. Place is almost remote, only a shopping mall in 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast buffet $25 is very pricey. No room service unless you request or every 3rd day for stay more than 3 days, but they never came to clean my room for stay over 3 days. Room is alright, hair dryer in bathroom is nasty, dirty. Bathroom shower is somewhat functional, very little water comes out."

"Like what many have already experienced and shared, the staff at the Pleasanton Marriott is outstanding. The ladies at the front desk are not only charming, but very welcoming and considerate during my check in. The staff directed me to the M Lounge and asked to join "them" (figuratively), thanked me for my status, and suggested that I extend my late check out so that I didn't have to contact them, as needed. I even had my room upgraded, thank you! The hotel seems recently renovated. It looked new and it was clean with a large shower. My room (including bathroom) was spotless. Everything worked (i.e. no running toilet, rattling vents, leaking shower/sink, and no mildew/musky smell). The M Lounge was beautifully decorated, spacious, well-lit, and decently stocked. Best part is that this Marriott (with Lounge) doesn't charge for parking. Maybe its due to its location compared to those in the immediate Bay area. However, IMO, it was worth the short drive in lieu of paying for parking and reading all the positive reviews."
