"DO NOT GO HERE. They were horrible. We had an 8am appointment which we made 2 weeks ago. Received an email the night before saying all morning appointments for the following day have been cancelled. They suggested walk-in anytime after 1pm. Showed up at 1:30 and we found out they were out to lunch and wouldn’t be back until AFTER 3:30! We took off work to come here today. So frustrating."

"DO NOT GO HERE. With an appointment it takes 2.5-2 hours just to be seen. I spent $150 on a rapid test, waited 1.5 hours to take it, and they didn't send results until TWO DAYS later. Complete waste of money. Staff is extremely incompetent."

"My experience was the best here overall, I am a Kaiser patient but could not wait 5hours in a car for drive through service. (Security guard told me it been busy like that for 2weeks EVERYWHERE) Everywhere is booked to gills, appointments still may take some time. Took very little time here. I was vaccinated, and can’t imagine how people with severe symptoms are doing. Wear a mask and stay safe"

"Appointments and walk in are treated the same so the wait was more than 1.5hrs. Only 2 people giving out shots while over 50-60 people waiting. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment then? Additionally the address is incorrect on the myturn page as well as google. It’s actually next to the Home Depot now. The only way you find that out is by going to the incorrect location which has a board. Needs to be better organized and staffed. Also the staff needs to be trained to be more polite rather than rude about the extended wait time."

"Showed up for my noon appointment (granted fifteen minutes late bc I was circling marketplace trying to find the mislabelled location) just to find this sign that they'd be taking a 90 minute lunch. If my confirmation email would have said "nextdoor to home depot" I would have found it and been on time instead of following directions to a random corner, googling to see where it was (by tj maxx) only to read a sign that it is "moved to somewhere near home depot" and missing my appointment. What a total waste of time."
