"I have taken my son three times to this urgent care. The first two times I did have to wait a bit since there was others waiting too. The third time it was a Sunday night and was the only one there I didn't wait long in the lobby or to see the doctor. We were in and out. I've never had any problem there. Everyone is helpful there. The place is clean. They send the prescription right away to the pharmacy. Like any parent i dont like to take my child to urgent care. But I'm glad this one is open late hours for those unexpected situations."

"Was very happy to find a pediatric urgent care in Tustin. The process is very easy. I made an appointment for the waitlist online and filled out all the paperwork work as well. When I got there I just checked in and got called in to see the doctor almost immediately. You can also just walk in. The nurse and the doctor was very warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here with children."

"I visited PM Pediatrics on February 10, 2024, with my 2-year-old daughter for an appointment scheduled at 4:00 PM. Despite the scheduled time, we were admitted around 4:45 PM, which was a bit frustrating. However, once we were seen by Dr. Chin, the experience improved significantly. Dr. Chin was exceptional in her care and attention to my daughter's needs. Unfortunately, during the examination for a potential ear infection, my daughter's ear needed to be cleaned. The medical assistant who assisted, whose name I won't mention, left much to be desired in terms of empathy and patience. Despite the evident busyness of the clinic, his demeanor was not as compassionate as Dr. Chin's. During the ear cleaning process, my daughter was visibly upset and crying uncontrollably. Instead of offering reassurance or pausing to comfort her, the assistant persisted, even stating, "don't move, you'll get hurt." It's essential to remember that a 2-year-old lacks the ability to regulate emotions fully and understand the situation entirely. I've had positive experiences at PM Pediatrics in the past, so I'm inclined to believe this was an isolated incident. I understand that everyone has bad days, and it's possible the assistant was having one. Despite the prolonged wait time and this particular encounter, I appreciate that the clinic was able to diagnose my daughter's ear infection promptly and prescribe antibiotics. Overall, while my visit may not have been ideal, PM Pediatrics did eventually deliver on their medical expertise. However, it's worth noting that even with an appointment, the wait time can be quite lengthy—my visit lasted approximately 4 hours."

"This is the BEST place to take your kids for any of their health needs. My son came down with an ear infection on Sunday morning. We made an appointment and within an hour we had been seen and picked his prescription at the pharmacy. As soon as we checked in we sat for maybe a minute in their spacious waiting room and were called back into a room and less than 10 minutes later the doctor came in and completed the exam. We got some stickers and headed to the pharmacy. I refer all my 'mom' friends here. Thank you so much! We don't have to wait days to get an appointment at his pediatrician anymore!"
