The primary reason they shifted to my agency was a mere $100 price difference from their previous service provider, which seemed to matter more to them than the quality of work. Consistent Interference: It's no surprise to me now, having learned that Dr. Assif Med Spa has a history of parting ways with agencies. Their incessant need to micromanage, despite hiring experts, proves counterproductive. Unrealistic SEO Expectations: SEO is not magic; it's strategic, ongoing work. Despite their history of not sticking around with agencies for more than a few months, they expected overnight miracles in SEO. We did deliver on that promise by boosting their unranked presence all; the way to the 8th result on google in under 2 months. Payment Issues: Not only have their expectations been unrealistic, but their commitment to contracts has been flaky. I am yet to receive my payment of $2500 for the third month of our engagement, as per our agreement. Unappreciated Efforts: When we started, Dr. Assif Med Spa was nowhere on Google's rankings. In just two months, we brought them to the 8th position, a significant leap that went unacknowledged. Communication Breakdown: Their communication style borders on gaslighting. Both clients and service providers have been at the receiving end of their rudeness and blatant disregard for expert opinions and advice. Lack of Basic Knowledge: For a business that claims to understand marketing, their lack of understanding of basic concepts, let alone identifying their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), was startling. Value Misalignment: Prospective clients should be wary. There's a notable disparity between what this Spa charges for their services and what they actually deliver. In conclusion, while I believe every business has the potential to grow and improve, it's essential for Dr. Assif the owner of this spa to introspect on these points. For my fellow service providers and potential clients, I'd advise conducting thorough research and setting clear boundaries before collaborating with Dr. Assif Med Spa."

"My experience was not great! I initially scheduled a consultation and wanted to hear his professional opinion about what type of procedure who be best for my skin. However, he was in a rush and was constantly asking me what procedure I wanted, without taking a proper look at my skin. My appointment was at 2:30PM, and when I arrived he was still working on another client. The front desk girl was far more professional and helpful than the doctor himself! I ended up getting micro needling and I wish I didn’t. Dr. Assif was so aggressive with my skin. He would turn my head so violently and was harshly rubbing the serum into my face with a piece of cotton! In addition, he was vigorously spraying some type of toner on my face and got it into my eye. My eye was burning so bad and he didn’t even say, “sorry” or apologized for being so sloppy. LADIES!!!!! He is an ANESTHESIOLOGIST, with minimal background in skincare. He’s not even a skin guru, yet, he has a med spa…. $700 was a waste!"
