"This place was amazing in 2002-2009.. Dr Osborn and his staff were the best! After his passing and all the changes in the office it’s the worst place. The people who answer the phone (customer service reps) are rude and not helpful at all. Even management a few years did nothing over an appointment they scheduled my daughters and rescheduled me after I was already there . Just to get a call back from a nurse it take 5 phone calls and 3 days later to get ahold of anyone. The calls always drop and after all the information they ask you they never call you back!!! This place is not a good place don’t take your children there!"

"Used to love this place, Doctors are great. To make an appointment for my kids I held 30 minutes just to schedule. Turns out I had a conflict in scheduling, to be courteous I decided to call. Again held 10 minutes just for someone to answer and hang up. I can't with them, its so much easier to take my kids to urgent care, shouldn't be that way:("

"Both pediatrics and family Drs are good but it is impossible to communicate with the office. They just never answer the phones. Also if you need to be seem as an emergency to even waist your time. You need to call ahead at least 1 month in advance. But the worst part is that the staff is really rude. It is obvious that your call is bothering them and they just want you to hang up. Really sad that I have to see another Dr because of the rest of the staff."

"If you guys have an option to choose a different doctor please do. Save yourself the stress. It took them about 3 weeks to give me an appointment, and not even with my actual doctor. If I wanted to see him it would take another 2 more weeks. Then when I tried calling them to get directions, they did not answer having 4 secretaries inside he office jr one could answer called about 5 times and when they finally answered she was rude and put me on hold. That was sooo much time wasted then it needed to be. Once I arrived, they turned me away, after having me wait 3 weeks. And told me that she couldn’t see me cause I was late and I was the only one in the doctor , I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and toner convinice apparently there was no manager or anyone in charge I asked to speak to the doctor diréctly and she said she couldn’t. This was my 1st time going to this office and I will not be returning. They really need to change their attitude and customer service. Can’t really say anything about the doctors herself because apparently she did not have time for anything."

"I have been going here since I first moved to Orange County. At first, met with nurse practitioner Megan Hormazdi, because non of the doctors had any availability and she gave me confidence that she could help me with my concerns. I continued to have issues and see her when it was too much for me to handle on my own, yet nothing seemed to work and there was no other recourse. I recently called after having another relapse and she was out sick herself, so I saw Dr. Bonnie Connolly. She prescribed a different course of antibiotics for 4 separate infections, then forgot to send it in to the pharmacy. This was on a FRIDAY. I called the office twice to see if they could get it in before the end of the day. It was never done, then I found out the office left without turning on the after hours system that would allow an on-call doctor to send the script in for me. I had to wait til Monday, after I had to travel out of state and get the pharmacy to transfer the prescription. Keep in mind I am out of town on a business trip with no convenient transportation, or much flexibility in my schedule, but was able to get it and begin taking that day. After taking all the doses, I was still in pain and running a fever. I contacted the office the following Monday, as soon as they opened and requested either an appointment or other course of treatment. I was told I would either hear back with a new prescription or an appointment to see someone else that day. I got a call after 4pm stating the doctor suggested I go see a specialist and they would be happy to provide me with a list of referrals. When I questioned what I should do when I couldn't get in as a brand new patient to see a specialist immediately. She suggested I go to an urgent care. Not an option to see another physician, who has access to my records who could help me with my IMMEDIATE concern, but that they did not feel they could help me and turned me AWAY! I'm at a total loss. I've never had a licensed healthcare provider say they refused to help in treatment and care, and to go somewhere else. Like finding a solution was just TOO much for them, after I stated repeatedly I was in pain and need to see someone. As I look back over the other experiences I've had with them, it's seemed pretty consistent. Unless you have a common cold or need shots, I wouldn't place your trust or well being with anyone in this office. Even the staff seemed cold as she turned me away. I wouldn't wish what I'm going thru on ANYONE, but if they knew what I was dealing with, maybe they'd have a little more compassion. Then again, maybe not."
