"Pros: Good primary care providers and a responsive team. On site and remote appointments available with reliable on time starts. Better than most practices in their support for transferring records with other provider systems. Cons: Resistant policy towards providing their price list by codes and insurance prior to accepting services. Practice is limited to primary care so one generally needs to go outside of the practice for radiology, specialists, etc. Mixed: OneMedical originally used their app and digital communications capabilities to differentiate themselves but this has now become the standard in many other health systems as well."
