"The service is OK technically, but the billing incompetence makes it not worth using this provider. They made clerical errors in billing insurance, billed the wrong insurance, and then aggressively pursued bill collection. I could see they hadn't billed my insurance for months and they sent me to debt collection. Their "system" for communicating with them and updating insurance information only allows you to pay the bill, not actually update any information."

"Two stars may be generous, but I did genuinely enjoy speaking with the medical staff during my visit. The technicians were personable and fun to speak with. But the billing department suffers from a lack of communication. A small $48 adjustment made by the insurance was not added to my existing autopayment plan and was instead sent to collections without notification. Medical bills are stressful enough without worrying about a random correction getting you sent to collections and destroying your credit score. And this was only a $48 correction, I cannot imagine how devastating this would be if we were talking thousands of dollars here. Until the billing department does a better job of communicating, I would be cautious coming here."

"They put the claim for my sons xray under my insurance, and then never picked up the call to change that. they then proceeded to have debt collectors call me to get the bill paid when it should have been covered in insurance from the start. its been 9 months today, and no resolution. these guys should fire whoever is running their billing/claims department."

"I disputed the creditor as it was showing negative in my credit score. I explained to the creditor I never received a bill and, of course, they claim I was going to pay them still...uh no. Silicon Valley Diagnostics during a call tried to claim they sent me a letter and texts, none of which I received. Multiple calls to their billing company and my insurance in regards to my services, with no avail. I finally got connected to their "escalations" department. They were still not able to produce a bill for they never even filed a claim with my insurance. How can you send a bill to a patient without first sending a bill to their insurance. I had multiple services conducted that day at El Camino and they all processed my paperwork correctly. If you do not bill the same as the hospital then your people at the front desk should explain this. The whole company needs some kind of customer service training and billing coaching. I do not understand how so many people complain and a company still continues to exist."

"My mother was in the hospital back in Dec. 2015. We never received a bill from this company, had no idea that we owed anything. Last week we get a collection letter for $41.38 from "Creditors Bureau". They also called. They do not have any information other than the imaging was at El Camino Hospital. I have no idea why we were not billed. Was the insurance billed? After a few hours of trying to track this company down I got a phone number to called. I was put on hold 15 minutes then asked to leave a message for a call back. They will not see the money until I see the bill. Waiting for the call back."
