"December 19, 2023 received (2) $100. Amazon gift cards purchased (12/17) for Christmas from my son, purchased here. Cards never opened, when I opened them realized claim number was unreadable making. the cards worthless! When I returned to store, was told, my son, should have opened them before he left the store! Gave me phone number for fraud department, which was incorrect! Subsequently; I did some research found out numbers to call started a claim, but company in no hurry to honor refund. Cards bought in good faith, someone has my sons $200?? WARNING: when buying gift cards, “OPEN BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE”don’t expect a big company like WALGREENS to have a heart! Maybe go across the street to CVS!"

"I get all of my medication at Walgreens. My meds cost close to $8000 a month and on Thanksgiving I tested positive for COVID and a clinic sent the COVID medication RX to this location within 30 minutes. this medicine has to start immediately following any symptoms. Guess what? The pharmacies of all Walgreens were closed including the ones open 24 hours. A life saving medicine couldn't be filled because the pharmacy decides eating some disgusting turkey is more important than the lives of their customers. Not even open for a couple of hours. And now I wait until 9am on Friday. Which I will be transferring all of my medicine to their direct competition."
