"Shopping should be a fun experience not uncomfortable. I have came to shop at this store several times and everything you ask any sales associate a question they never know the answer like " where's your fitting room "? Why isn't the fitting room open "? Can you open another register, you have over 10 people in line and only one register open "? Why can't you open the fitting rooms?? Can you open more fitting rooms?? I've worked retail before and this place is either understaffed or unorganized??"
"Good selection. Suprisingly high quality finds in the home goods section. I just feel bad for them because of the rampant shoplifting and horrible behavior from local customers. The employees used to be so cheerful in the beginning and now they are jaded. Welcome to Anacrime I guess. Now they have security blocking the door like a bouncer at a club."
"New well stocked tight Burlington store in Anaheim Plaza. The store was busy and numerous registers open to speed check out. I am used to larger more spacious Burlington stores in Fullerton, Brea, an HB and felt this one was a little crowded. Lots of merchandise but not as spacious. The same location felt bigger when it was Mervyns or Forever21. The location is a plus as a Ross, TJMaxx, Old Navy, and Walmart are next door. One stop shop."
