"Is no one going to question the restrooms being out of order almost everyday. Shopping is all good until you get the urge to go. But for this month that I’ve gone 5 times and every visit. I noticed how these employees and manager have been doing nothing to have a temporary restroom available for the customers. I’ve had to go to target and a lot of people from that store come to target too to use the restroom. Like what’s going on. I guess the staff from Ross have to go to Target too."
"It’s all great offers that prove to be reasonable price but my experience at this location was not good when I noticed a recurring issues of their restrooms not working (oddly this happens during hours of operation when it gets busy at the store). On several occasions, including my recent visit, there have been reported issues of the restroom being out of service to which the manager is well aware and seems to be doing an okay job managing the issue. However, it’s sad witnessing an incident where a lady using a walker was refused restroom access despite the ongoing problem that restrooms don’t work. They don’t seem to have an explanation but refuse entry for anyone. The employees probably go to other stores to use a restroom if they are unable to go to their own inside the store which must be annoying. As a customer, ensuring accessible facilities is crucial, especially for individuals with mobility challenges. I urge that this location to prioritize and promptly address these recurring restroom problems to uphold their commitment to all patrons' comfort and accessibility."
