"First off beyond racist! Dropped half of my daughter items when they were being scanned. Didn’t scan all her merchandise with the barcode in the book so when we came back to pick up the big items they didn’t scan the box springs. Sylvia is her name always hovering over other employees when trying to help us. When she had her leasing agreement, instead of her putting the number in she called the company like we was doing fraud. I been shopping at Big Lots for years and have never been treated so bad. Horrible service every time we visited this location."

"Good prices on laundry pods and drinks. My aunt bought some deluxe Velveeta Mac and cheese for $1.05 all in all there were quite a few good buys throughout the store. I would go back again for sure."
