"Really bad customer service two weeks ago the cashier forgot to give a big juicy couture duffle bag I purchased I realized as soon as left I call the store but the store was I already closed so I call the next day I nice young girl answer the phone and said she found in front told me not to worry that they put it hold for 30 days because I forgot to mentioned I live 1 hour away without traffic and the only time I go that area went I go to Orange County so today I past by to pick up the cashier was super rude about it and ask the other cashier was a older lady she was taking loud right over two space between saying that never hold things past 2 weeks or 30 days she was with a customer everyone in line starting at me she made a whole scene and then told the cashier call the supervisor and she found a note with takin my information about the ask to the duffle bag which I mentioned in the beginning to two rude cashiers at the found the duffle bag in bottom drawer with a note with information the supervisor ask check receipt none of them event try apologize not even the supervisor I felt really sad and offended with all thi situation so lady’s put check all stuff when you leave the I don’t leave anything behind because they would treat bad with no respect"

"Love this store I’m there way too often atleast 3 times a week lol I have been going here since 2018. They always have good deals and name brands and everything I need. Ji is always so kind and helpful she goes above and beyond for her customers, I really appreciate her thank you for your awesome customer service! I will continue to shop here & 10/10 recommend to anyone, you will be addicted like me lol"

"My wife's favorite " shop for deals" spot. If you look carefully you can spot Real bargains. I seam to have less patience than her. She can spent all day filling the cart with stuff. The store has an indoor Flea market feel."

"Both cashiers Tuesday, March 14th at 5:16 pm couldn't have been more enthusiastic (sarcasm). The only words they know are hand gestures. Makes me wonder how the interview process went, considering you have to talk for that. Shopping was fine, but customer service is non-existent. Don't have any expectations for the checkout process because you'll be disappointed either way."

"They have quite a lot of great gift options for Christmas. I was just going in for a couple shirts, which I found two nice shirts. I was definitely tempted by some little items, perfect for Christmas stockings. They also have fun ugly Christmas sweaters and holiday socks. The service at the checkout was friendly and fast. There is a big parking lot, but it fills up with all the other businesses around like Target and Hobby Lobby."
