"I completed an intake at MHala Village at 7am, expressing my urgent need for mental health support. Unfortunately, I never received a callback despite my situation of being homeless and in dire need of assistance. I also reached out to LBmh, but my attempts to contact them went unanswered as well. I was really relying on these services to help me during this difficult time. It would be incredibly beneficial if MHala Village could improve their communication and responsiveness to better assist individuals like me who are seeking help in critical situations"
"Do you know why I hate the place??? It's been closed for 4 years"
"They helped me when I needed it. If you feel they didn't help you it is because you didn't want to be helped. I followed their instructions and jumped through a few hoops for them and they rewarded me with housing and more than I could ask for. I am so grateful that place was there for me when no one else was. Thank you."
"My daughter is their patient and they have taken her disability check and not made sure she had a shower in months. I can't take her in because I am raising her children and she disturbs the peace but it is shameful to take someone's mental health check and not assist them in any way. I have called the Village and left messages for weeks and I will list all the names of Team West as failures. I know all of you because all of you have had several messages left by me and are not available through the front door. No wonder people don't want to help the sick. People who pose as caregivers do nothing but hope they get a pay check. I have watched you for years and you have left the LB Police to deal with your lack of due diligence. Hopefully you will be exposed for your corruption."
