"The pharmacy staff members are consistently, assertively contentious and rude. (I have been going there for over 15 years.) Lauren, my "clerk" today needed to correct and educate me like I was a 5-year-old. (I'm 85.) Later, when my wife arrived for two vaccinations, the Asian pharmacist was similarly rude to her. My wife and I are polite, mature adults. This pharmacy's staff are neither. Additionally, these unprofessionals have been unable to set up our auto refill schedule. Three of my prescriptions had "ready for refill" status dates 15 days after I ran out of the drugs.I encouraged CVS to have this pharmacy staff get customer relations lessons. We will be changing all of our prescriptions to a reputable on-line prescription service. This will cost CVS a few thousand dollars/year in profits."

"Horrible experience. Am a seasonal firefighter from socal. Dealt with a death recently and was prescribed a sleeping medication that is controlled apparently. Went through the trouble of seeing a new doctor to get a new prescription as i was not able to go back to socal for a month, and weird things were happening becuse i abrubtly stopped the medicine. Weel I go to pick up medicine and pharmacist Chi refuses to fill it because I have gotten prescriptions filled elsewhere, like so cal. So because I am a firefighter and have to travel and occasionally get my prescriptions filled across california I now am unable to sleep, cant see straight and have to be up at dawn to go fight more fires. Pathetic, inhumane and despicable. People like this are not following the oath they took as a doctor and only care about themselves. Sickening"

"Front of the store is great. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Pharmacy is awful. Head pharmacist, Pearl, is rude, disrespectful to customers and just an all around horrible person. She has no business being the lead pharmacist. Pharmacy Techs are great though"
